This 1 bed luxury apartment is located on the prestigious El Nautico Suites complex on the sea front of Golf del Sur. This spacious and well-appointed apartment with stunning sea and pool views is the idyllic place to stay for any discerning guest. Beautifully decorated and well maintained the apartment boasts a spacious lounge (with sofa bed) and dining area, kitchen complete with quality appliances which include a large Smeg fridge/freezer, washer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster; all you would need during your stay.
The bedroom is large and features a king-sized bed and a walk-in wardrobe with ample storage. Electronic blinds are fitted to both the lounge and bedroom patio doors. From the lounge to the bedroom there is access to the large terrace via the patio doors.
The bathroom features twin bowls set in marble tops, bath with overhead shower, toilet and bidet.
There is a shared swimming pool set within well-manicured gardens with a fountain and also with a sea view.
The coastal walk just below the apartment takes you to the small rocky beach below and to the East the fishing village of Los Abrigos and to the west Costa Del Silencio and beyond. There is a private gate from the complex for access to the coastal walk and beach. Within walking distance there are numerous golf courses and driving ranges plus a flood-lit international sized bowling green.
The on-site Terrace Bar serves breakfast, lunches, snacks and Tapas throughout the day. With their sea front location and panoramic views, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Secure underground car parking is also available.
