HOW TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION WITH TENERIFE LETTINGS
Use the Accommodation Search facility to choose a property and then click on the 'Check Availability' button at the foot of the page to see available dates. A new window is opened detailing all bookings taken on the accommodation. Enter the dates you require and duration of stay and click on 'Proceed with booking' where further details should be entered. You are under no obligation at this stage and this is dealt with as an enquiry. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and rental charge. Please ensure you tell us how many persons travelling as many of the properties are priced according to occupancy level. We endaevour to keep the availability tables as up to date as possible however you are advised not to book flights until you have confirmation from us that there are no provisional bookings covering your chosen period
If you decide to proceed a booking form will be e-mailed (or if preferred sent through the post) for you to complete and return. Any extras such as airport transfers, car hire or help with flights can be arranged at the time of booking.
Payment is by sterling cheque or bank transfer to our UK account. Euros are also accepted by bank transfer to our Spanish account. A deposit (usually 50%) is required to secure a booking and full payment is due 8 weeks before departure. Once payment is received a confirmation is issued. On payment of the balance a final confirmation is issued together with the relevant notes and directions for your accommodation in Tenerife. You will also receive your local representative's contact details.
