TENERIFE LETTINGS DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY
The penthouse has a double bedroom with king-size bed. The lounge has TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV and C4. There is also a DVD. From the lounge sliding doors lead out to a balcony with seating and a table for outside dining. Here you have wonderful views across the fairways to the sea. Also from the lounge are stairs leading to the private roof terrace. This is a real sun trap and has spectacular views in all directions. Sun loungers are provided along with further seating and table. The kitchen has full oven and hob together with a microwave. There is a washing machine and fridge.
Our agent who looks after the cleaning and maintenance lives locally so is on hand in the unlikely event of an emergency arising.
GOLF DEL SUR AND SURROUNDING LOCAL INFORMATION
As well as local restaurants just 3 minutes walk away there is a wide choice of restaurants and bars at the resort centre of San Blas. This is located about 10 minute walk away. There are several small supermarkets in the locality. There is a good bus service linking Golf del Sur with all parts of the island
BEACHES
The nearest beach is about 1km away. There is also a popular local beach at La Tajita about 5 minutes drive from Golf del Sur. Further sandy beaches can be found at Los Cristianos to the West and El Medano to the East and both are about 15 minutes drive away.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE INFO
Changeover days are flexible depending on existing bookings. The apartment is available from 3pm on arrival day and we ask that you vacate by 10 am on departure day. This is to allow the cleaning staff to make the accommodation ready for the next clients. Sometimes it is possible to deviate from these times if there is not a booking following on but this would have to be arranged locally as last minute bookings can arise. Minimum rental charge is 2 weeks in winter months and 1 week in summer
