DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMMODATION.
Superb three-bedroom penthouse on the exclusive Duquesa del Mar complex on Golf del Sur in the South of Tenerife. Will sleep seven persons. There is a double bedroom and two twins and a bed settee in the lounge will accommodate a seventh person if required. There are three bathrooms, two of which have been converted to accommodate wheelchair users with walk in showers and wider door frames. All rooms are very spacious.The view from the balcony is spectacular. Satellite TV is provided & the current channel line up includes BBC1, BBC2 and ITV Channel 4 & SKY SPORTS (Occasionally there are changes to this list). Kitchen is well equipped with full oven, hob, microwave, washing machine & fridge-freezer. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and lounge. There is a heated swimming pool & hot plunge pool and the complex is gated ensuring exclusive access for Duquesa clients. Lifts serve the property. There is Wi-Fi in the nearby bar/restaurant.
LOCAL INFORMATION
As well as local restaurants just 2 minutes walk away there is a wide choice of restaurants and bars at the resort centre of San Blas. This is located about 15 minute walk or a short bus hop away. The English supermarket 'Best Buys' is attached to Duquesa and is open 7 days a week. They stock fresh fruit and veg as well as newspapers and fresh milk. The nearest beach is 500 metres away. There is also a popular local beach at La Tajita about 5 minutes drive from Golf del Sur. Further sandy beaches can be found at Los Cristianos to the West and El Medano to the East and both are about 15 minutes drive away. There is a good bus service linking Golf del Sur with all parts of the island.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE INFO
Changeover days are flexible depending on existing bookings. The apartment is available from 3pm on arrival day and we ask that you vacate by 10 am on departure day. This is to allow the cleaning staff to make the accommodation ready for the next clients. Sometimes it is possible to deviate from these times if there is not a booking following on but this would have to be arranged locally as last minute bookings can arise. Minimum rental charge is 1 week |
