DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMMODATION
Two Bedrooms ( a double with en-suite and a twin) and two bathrooms. Lounge has TV with BBC1 and 2, ITV, Channel 4 and SKY Sports. DVD. The sofa in the lounge converts into two single beds to sleep a maximum of 6. The apartment has air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Large and open south facing balcony gets sun virtually all day. An electrically operated awning has been istalled for those who require shade. Views towards the sea and overlooking the pool. Patio furniture and sun loungers provided.
Master bedroom is a double with fitted wardrobe and with safe for storage of valuables. It also opens out onto the patio. The second bedroom is a twin again with fitted wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob and grill. Washing machine, microwave and fridge-freezer. served by lifts but there are some steps to get into the apartment. Under ground parking-remote control key available.
LOCAL INFORMATION
As well as local restaurants just 2 minutes walk away there is a wide choice of restaurants and bars at the resort centre of San Blas. This is located about 15 minute walk or a short bus hop away. The English supermarket 'Best Buys' is attached to Duquesa and is open 7 days a week. They stock fresh fruit and veg as well as newspapers and fresh milk. The nearest beach is 500 metres away. There is also a popular local beach at La Tajita about 5 minutes drive from Golf del Sur. Further sandy beaches can be found at Los Cristianos to the West and El Medano to the East and both are about 15 minutes drive away. There is a good bus service linking Golf del Sur with all parts of the island.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE INFO
Changeover days are flexible depending on existing bookings. The apartment is available from 3pm on arrival day and we ask that you vacate by 10 am on departure day. This is to allow the cleaning staff to make the accommodation ready for the next clients. Sometimes it is possible to deviate from these times if there is not a booking following on but this would have to be arranged locally as last minute bookings can arise. Minimum rental charge is 1 week |
