Air Conditioned two Bedrooms ( a double with en-suite and a twin)
and two bathrooms. Lounge has TV with BBC1 and 2, ITV, Channel 4
and SKY Sports. CD and Music centre. Superb open sunny south facing balcony with
views towards the sea and marina. Patio table, umbrella and sun
loungers provided together with a large awning. . Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob and grill.
Washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. Unit N is very popular
with sun-worshippers and also due to proximity to pool and lift
is ideal for those with mobility problems. Since the above photo
was taken the view has been partially obscured by new complex
opposite. New photos are scheduled to be added in 2008

Notes
to the rental Rates
10 or 11-day breaks are sometimes available. Please enquire at the
time of booking. They are not available over the Xmas and New Year
period.

Changeover
Day -The preferred changeover day is Friday although exceptions
can be made especially if two or more weeks are booked. Additionally
an existing booking may allow a subsequent day change other than
Friday. The apartment is available from 4pm on arrival day and we
ask that you vacate by 10 am on departure day. This is to allow
the cleaning staff to make the accommodation ready for the next
clients. Sometimes it is possible to deviate from these times if
there is not a booking following on but this would have to be arranged
locally as last minute bookings can arise.
