Two Bedroom air-conditioned penthouse ( a double with en-suite and
a twin) and two bathrooms. Lounge has TV with BBC1 and 2, ITV and
Channel 4 and SKY. Very large south facing balcony with spectacular
views towards the sea and Marina. One of the best balconies for
all day sun! Patio table, and sun loungers provided. Under ground
parking-remote control available from receptionist. Fully equipped
kitchen with oven, hob and grill. Washing machine, microwave and
fridge.

Notes
to the rental Rates
10 or 11-day breaks are sometimes available. Please enquire at the
time of booking. They are not available over the Xmas and New Year
period. A key and breakages deposit of £40 is required for all
bookings.
Check
Availability
Changeover
Day -The preferred changeover day is Friday although exceptions
can be made especially if two or more weeks are booked. Additionally
an existing booking may allow a subsequent day change other than
Friday. The apartment is available from 4pm on arrival day and we
ask that you vacate by 10 am on departure day. This is to allow
the cleaning staff to make the accommodation ready for the next
clients. Sometimes it is possible to deviate from these times if
there is not a booking following on but this would have to be arranged
locally as last minute bookings can arise.
