of Unit C
Fully air-conditioned with the additional benefit of warm air
heating for the very occasional times when required in the winter
months. Two Bedrooms ( a double with en-suite and a twin) and two bathrooms.
Lounge has TV with BBC1 and 2, ITV and Channel 4 along with SKY
Sports. Very large south facing balcony with views over the swimming
pool. Patio table, umbrella and sun loungers provided. . Under ground
parking-remote control key provided. Fully equipped kitchen with
oven, hob, grill and microwave. Washing machine, and fridge-freezer.
Coffee maker. We stipulate that any children must be at least 10
years old for this Unit.

to the rental Rates

or 11-day breaks are sometimes available. Please enquire at the
time of booking. They are not available over the Xmas and New Year
period. A key and breakages deposit of £40 is required for
all bookings.
Check
Availability
Changeover
Day - The preferred changeover day is Friday although exceptions
can be made especially if two or more weeks are booked. Additionally
an existing booking may allow a subsequent day change other than
Friday. The apartment is available from 2pm on arrival day and we
ask that you vacate by 10 am on departure day. This is to allow
the cleaning staff to make the accommodation ready for the next
clients. Sometimes it is possible to deviate from these times if
there is not a booking following on but this would have to be arranged
locally as last minute bookings can arise.
