Two Bedrooms ( a double with en-suite and a twin) and two bathrooms.
Lounge has 28-inch wide screen TV with BBC1 and 2, ITV and Channel
4. Large video library currently with 50 titles. 2nd TV in master
bedroom. Very large south facing balcony with views towards the
sea and Marina. One of the best balconies for afternoon sun! Patio
table, umbrella and sun loungers provided. Master bedroom also has
its own south-facing patio. Under ground parking-remote control
key provided. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob and grill. Washing
machine, microwave and fridge-freezer. Coffee maker. A welcome pack
of water, tea, coffee and biscuits is provided. Unit A is very popular
with families as it is near to the pool.

Changeover
Day -The preferred changeover day is Friday although exceptions
can be made especially if two or more weeks are booked. Additionally
an existing booking may allow a subsequent day change other than
Friday. The apartment is available from 3pm on arrival day and we
ask that you vacate by 10 am on departure day. This is to allow
the cleaning staff to make the accommodation ready for the next
clients. Sometimes it is possible to deviate from these times if
there is not a booking following on but this would have to be arranged
locally as last minute bookings can arise.
