10 or 11-day breaks are sometimes available. Please enquire at the
time of booking. They are not available over the Xmas and New Year
period.
A key and breakages deposit of £40 is required for all bookings

Changeover
Day –Flexible but does depend on existing bookings. The apartment
is available from 4pm on arrival day and we ask that you vacate by
10 am on departure day. This is to allow the cleaning staff to
make the accommodation ready for the next clients. Sometimes it is
possible to deviate from these times if there is not a booking
following on but this would have to be arranged locally as last
minute bookings can arise.
