Villa La Crème de la Crème Villa
This
is a truly magnificent three bedroom Villa, with its own private
heated swimming pool and is set on the edge of Adeje
Championship Golf Course, overlooking the 15th tee and has
spectacular views across the fairways to the sea.. It is located
about 20 minutes drive along the TF1 from Reina Sofia
International Airport in the south of Tenerife, and it situated
between the town of Adeje and the beautiful fishing village of
La Caleta, adjacent to Playa de las Americas. The property is
air-conditioned and no expense has been spared with the fixtures
and fittings. The lounge is furnished with luxurious leather
suites, the dining room has an extendable table and leather
chairs and there is a massive 42 inch Plasma TV screen with
cable offering BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4. The lounge area
has seven metres of glass to ensure you always have sight of the
view!. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has Bosch
appliances, high class floor and wall units and is topped with
granite worktops
Master bedroom is ensuite with jacuzzi style bath. It has a long
picture window looking out to sea. two further double bedrooms
one of which is ensuite. Garage and parking for 2 cars

Costa Adeje is the most sought after area of Tenerife. It has
the best climate of the whole island. Situated just above the
charming fishing village of la Calleta the location could not be
better. Just five minutes drive and you are in the fashionable
resort of El Duque with its sandy beach and beautiful
restaurants overlooking the sheltered bay. A fantastic new
shopping centre here will cater for anyone looking for 'retail
therapy'. There is good nightlife here with fashionable
establishments such as Bar Acanto offering a really
international flavour. For those seeking peace and tranquillity
lunch overlooking the Atlantic Ocean down at La Calleta is hard
to beat and fantastic value. There is a well stocked supermarket
within easy reach. The municipal capital Adeje town is only a
mile inland. The main street here is lined with trees offering
shade to the many diners enjoying Canarian Specialities at the
numerous high class restaurants. |

Notes to the rental Rates
You may be asked for a breakages deposit on arrival which is payable locally and collected
by our representative. This is fully refundable at the end of your stay
barring any damage to the property or its contents.

Check Availability
Changeover Day -The preferred changeover day is Friday although exceptions can be made especially if two or more weeks are booked. Additionally an existing booking may allow a subsequent day change other than Friday. The
villa is available from 4pm on arrival day and we ask that you vacate by 10 am on departure day. This is to allow the cleaning staff to make the accommodation ready for the next clients.
If you wish to use the villa beyond this
time, subject to availability the charge is £150 or 225 Euros .
