Santorini Villa Paphos, Cyprus
Situated in a quiet and scenic area of Paphos this substantial
detached fully air conditioned villa is just a 10 minute drive
from the beach, town centre and harbour area. The property is
part of a small development which won a coveted Daily
Telegraph Homes Overseas Award. It has its own private pool
and garden area and gets sun all day. Enormous master bedroom
with high vaulted ceiling, king size bed and en suite
bathroom. Two further twin bedrooms one of which is also
en-suite and there is an additional bathroom. It is suitable
for disabled as one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and
there is a ramp for access via the rear of the property. The
property has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard
with leather settees and hand made wrought iron bed. The
staircase is marble with wrought iron balustrading. The design
of the villa incorporated many windows framing vistas of the
beautiful hills and the result is an extremely light and airy
property.
Santorini Villa is located just outside the main resort of
Paphos in the scenic area of Agia Marinouda. The village has a
highly recommended local Taverna within walking distance and a
supermarket within two minute's drive. Within just a 5 minute
drive you can be at the beaches and restaurants of Paphos Town.
Paphos is split into upper and lower (Kitma and Kato
respectively) The upper part is the main commercial centre with
typical narrow streets, smart shops and modern museums and the
lower is where you will find the beautiful harbour area, beaches
and many archaeological remains as well as some great
restaurants and cafes. The richness of its archaeological
heritage places Pafos on UNESCO's list of World Heritage Sites.
Santorini is an ideal base giving peace and quiet at night but
yet just minutes from all the local amenities, attractions,
restaurants and golf courses. There are plenty of attractions
for children-boat trips around the harbour, Bird Park, Aquarium
and Water Parks

Notes to the rental Rates
You will be asked for a breakages deposit of £200 payable with the final balance
of your booking. This is fully refundable on your return to the
UK
barring any damage to the property or its contents. If air-conditioning is required ( Controlled by key
system) a charge is payable locally. Please enquire at the time
of booking. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms if air-con not
required. |

Changeover Day -Flexible
but depends on existing bookings. The
villa is available from 3pm on arrival day and we ask that you vacate by 10 am on departure day. This is to allow the cleaning staff to make the accommodation ready for the next clients.
