DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMMODATION
A stunning luxury two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse with spectacular sea and marina views. It has been tastefully furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings. The master bedroom is a double with an en-suite bathroom. There is a second twin bedroom with guest bathroom. Fitted wardrobes give plenty of storage and hanging space. The spacious lounge has TV with BBC1,2, ITV, Channel 4 and SKY SPORTS, DVD, Cd player and music centre. This leads to an enormous balcony with a view difficult to match from anywhere on the Golf. There is ample seating and dining space and the kitchen is well equipped with full oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and a washing machine.
There is a heated pool with plenty of sun-loungers. Underground parking is available for clients who have hired a car. Suitable for elderly or infirm as there is a lift from the reception area right to the penthouse and down to the pool area. Free Internet access provided in reception. seating area is provided with ethernet cables delivering high speed access.
Ceiling fans in lounge and bedrooms and with pleasant sea breezes this ensures you are comfortable even in summer.
LOCAL INFORMATION
Aguamarina is a seafront location and so convenient for all local amenities. A short stroll from the complex and you have a great choice of good quality restaurants. There are shops and bars along the scenic walk to the marina. In the other direction from the complex is San Blas the commercial centre where there are more restaurants, a supermarket, banks and larger shops. A car is not required if staying here but if you want to travel further afield there is a good bus service or you can hire a car locally.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE INFO
Changeover days are flexible depending on existing bookings. The apartment is available from 3pm on arrival day and we ask that you vacate by 10 am on departure day. This is to allow the cleaning staff to make the accommodation ready for the next clients. Sometimes it is possible to deviate from these times if there is not a booking following on but this would have to be arranged locally as last minute bookings can arise. Minimum rental charge is 1 week |
