DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMMODATION
The apartment has 1 bedroom sleeping two with glass sliding doors overlooking a walled patio. This encloses a staircase leading to a private sun terrace, complete with patio furniture and sun loungers. The living area has a bed settee to sleep two. It has dining table and seating for four, TV (showing BBC1 BBC2, ITV, C4 and C5) and a DVD are provided. There is a gas cooker, microwave, sink, fridge and fitted units and has basic kitchen items for four people. The tiled bathroom has bath, shower, bidet hand basin and wc.

The apartment is cleaned and provided with clean bed linen prior to your arrival. For bookings of more than 7 days the linen is changed weekly.

LOCAL INFORMATION
Costa del Silencio is just a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport and is situated in the sunny south of Tenerife enjoying year-round sunshine. The area particularly appeals to those who wish to relax and escape the more crowded resorts. However, there are many bars offering evening entertainment and an excellent choice of good quality restaurants

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE INFO
Changeover days are flexible depending on existing bookings. The apartment is available from 2pm on arrival day and we ask that you vacate by 10.30 am on departure day. This is to allow the cleaning staff to make the accommodation ready for the next clients. Sometimes it is possible to deviate from these times if there is not a booking following on but this would have to be arranged locally as last minute bookings can arise. Minimum rental charge is 1 week
