This one-bedroom penthouse has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and has stunning views to the sea, Red Rock and beyond. Well maintained and beautifully decorated and furnished it is the perfect place to stay. It has a large open sunny balcony (with an awning for those who prefer shade). The terrace has dining furniture together with 2 sun loungers with drinks table where you can relax and unwind.
It has to be the homeliest and most well-equipped apartment in the Tenerife Lettings portfolio at present, with a lot of thought given to guest's comfort. The extras that have been supplied mean that it is highly recommended for those guests who like to stay for extended periods.
The double bedroom also has patio doors opening out onto the Juliet style balcony. The beds are supplied with light weight quilts for added comfort. Fitted wardrobes offer ample storage.
The spacious lounge has a TV, Sky Box with a good selection of UK and European channels including BBC1 and 2, ITV , Channel 4, together with a DVD player. There is also a music system with radio, tape and CD. A library of CDs and DVDs are provided for guests to use together with a selection of books. There is free Wi-Fi from a wireless router within the apartment. A stylish interior design with pictures and accessories.
A very well-equipped kitchen with a vast selection of cooking equipment and utensils to ensure that the preparation, cooking and serving of meals is first class. Other items included are washing machine, iron and ironing board, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, full oven/grill and hob, electric juicer and a coffee machine. Full size clothes airer as well as a telescopic one fitted on the main terrace.
Beach towels are provided for use on the apartment lounges and also around the swimming pool.
Mosquito screens are fitted to the bedroom and lounge patio doors to allow these to be left open at night.
Additionally, there is a lift right to the front door. There are also lifts to the pool area and all entrances/exits of the complex.
The bathroom has recently been refurbished to a high standard with feature lighting. The shower features a large rainfall head as well as an additional adjustable head to suit the user.
A safe is fitted for the storage of valuables. A complimentary welcome pack of milk, water, tea, sugar and coffee is provided.
GOLF DEL SUR AND SURROUNDING LOCAL INFORMATION
As well as local restaurants just 2 minutes' walk away, there is also a wide choice of restaurants and bars at the resort centre of San Blas. This is just a 15-minute walk or a short bus hop away. The English supermarket 'Coviran' is within a few minutes' walk and is open 7 days a week. They stock fresh fruit and veg as well as newspapers and fresh milk. For more choice and excellent value there are two large hypermarkets at nearby Las Chafiras easily reached by bus or car. There is a good bus service linking Golf del Sur with all parts of the island.
BEACHES
The nearest beach is 500 metres away. There is also a popular local beach at La Tajita about 5 minutes' drive from Golf del Sur. Further sandy beaches can be found at Los Cristianos to the West and El Medano to the East and both are about 15 minutes' drive away. The newly opened coastal walk takes you to the local fishing village of Los Abrigos to the east and to Amarilla Golf, Costa Del Silencio and beyond to the west.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE INFO
Changeover days are flexible depending on existing bookings. The apartment is available from 3pm on arrival day and we ask that you vacate by 10 am on departure day. This is to allow the cleaning staff to make the accommodation ready for the next clients. Sometimes it is possible to deviate from these times if there is not a booking following on. Minimum rental charge is 1 week. |
