Payment of Balance
The
full balance of the total holiday cost is payable not later than
eight weeks before the departure date of the holiday. If you do not
meet this deadline you could be liable for cancellation charges of
up to 100% of the final invoice because we reserve the right to
treat the booking as cancelled by you at any time up to the date of
departure. Therefore it is very important for you to pay the balance
eight weeks before departure or write cancelling your holiday in
accordance with paragraph three.
If you change your booking
If
you wish to transfer or alter this booking in any way you must apply
in writing and we will do our best to oblige. However as this will
involve additional work a fee of £15 per person will be charged.
Any change to the details on the booking form within six weeks of
departure will incur a cancellation charge as set out in paragraph
three unless a new holiday departs on or before the original departure
date. In the event of any changes or cancellation of your flights
or travel arrangements we cannot be held liable. Therefore it is
essential that you are fully covered by comprehensive and current
travel insurance. We are happy to provide a quotation for this at
the time of booking.
Cancellation
You
or any member of your party may cancel your booking once it has
been confirmed, but the instructions will only be valid if in writing
and signed by the person who signed the booking form. To compensate
us for the expense of processing your booking and at the risk that
we may not be able to resell the holiday, we charge a cancellation
fee as set out in the table below.
