Costa
Adeje Golf opened in 1998 as an 18 hole course and this was extended in
2001. The championship 18 hole par 72 course hosted the Spanish open in
2003. Europe's finest including Paul Casey, Sergio Garcia and Paul
McGinley participated but it was Britain's Kenneth Ferrie who prevailed.
The course is in such a privileged position by the Atlantic Ocean and is
probably Tenerife's most picturesque. the colonial style clubhouse with
its wide terraces provides a luxurious atmosphere. There is a driving
range and multi lingual golf school providing lessons for all levels.
Equipment can be hired and pre-booking is possible.
