Resorts - Golf del Sur - Amenities

El Nautico has a gym, sauna and a Turkish steam room. Locally there are tennis courts at the golf club. Here you will also find a driving range and Crazy Golf. There is a great wind-surfing centre at El Medano which is about a 10 minute drive by car or you can take the bus. At San Blas you will find a diving club. Next door to Duquesa del Mar is an all weather lawn bowling green. There are two local gyms-one in the Aguamarina Hotel and one in the Winter Gardens complex. They are both open to non-residents and within a 5 minute walk. The nearest beach is around 500 metres away. This particular stretch of coast is rugged and the beaches are of pebbles. However there is a nearby sandy beach at La Tejita, which is around 10 minutes away by car. Spectacular coastal walks will take you to the West up to the newly completed Marina and to the East right into Los Abrigos-a quaint fishing village offering great food in unrivalled quayside restaurants. For children there are so many things to do including Waterparks, Camel rides, Zoos, Birds of Prey Centre and ten-pin bowling. All these attractions can be reached by the local bus service that serves Golf del Sur.
